This L’ange straightener is also amazing! Just doesn’t also dry your hair. But for just plain straightening or putting in a little “bend” or wave/curl and locking it in with their patented airflow system:

The Wet Brush is the gentlest detangler!
-

Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint with SPF 40
I have been using this every day for about a year! (& only just ran out of my first bottle). It’s so sheer, perfectly dewey, which makes you look like you’re glowing from the inside. Not too much coverage (I save that for filming or fancy events!!) and sun protection! Yes, we need SPF every day. Ever notice the extra sunspots and damage on your left side just from driving? Yup… sun! Tons of shades to choose from.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Washable Mascara
Obsessed with this mascara at the moment. Lengthens, thickens, defines. So easy to apply and it just looks great! I never use waterproof because I feel it takes too much to get it off and I always lose lashes that way. Try the washable. I find it stays on really well. And I always wear very black or the blackest black! Unless you have really light coloring, but even then it might be nice!
-
Maybelline Expert Eyes Makeup Remover. Oil-Free
This has been my go–to for many years! It feels like water. Doesn’t sting and is not oily at all. Takes off all eye makeup (except waterproof) which I think you shouldn’t use unless you’re doing a crying scene or going to a funeral!
-
Maybelline Lifter Gloss
Hydrating and plumping, and lots of fun colors! Great price point.
-
Ilia Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil
For the more non-toxic gloss, can’t go wrong with Ilia.
-
Stila - Dual Lip and Cheek Cream
I love these! I stopped using powder blush years ago, and I’ve never gone back. (Sometimes for TV, we use a combination of cream and powder, blush but for that more dewey/ glowing look, these Stila convertible creams are amazing. The colors look much brighter than they go on. But… make sure when you apply them to just LIGHTLY dab a couple fingers onto the cream and then dab it on the apple of your cheek and gently blend in. A little goes a long way! And it gives a very natural healthy look.

L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Original Creamy, Hydrating Satin Lipstick with Argan Oil and Vitamin E
Personally, I usually wear lipgloss when I’m not filming but if you need a little more coverage or you prefer lipstick, these L’Oreal options are lovely.
-
L’Oréal Paris Glow Paradise Hydrating Balm-in-Lipstick with Pomegranate Extract
Love this formula!
-
MAC Paint Pot Painterly
Long-wearing, blendable eye primer and/or cream shadow that can be worn alone or with other products and lasts for 24 hours. This can be used as a primer, but I usually wear it every day as an actual eyeshadow. I don’t use much, but I dab a little bit on and blended in, and it brightens up my eyelids. Sometimes I add other shadows over it, but usually not. And yes, it does stay on all day! Obsessed!

Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner
This eyeliner is so easy to apply. Just do a super thin line right at the lash line. You can go a little thicker for a more dramatic look and do it tiny little “wing“ at the outer corner of your eye going slightly up. Nothing too crazy! Lifts your eye a bit.
-
Pacifica Beauty lilac eyeliner
I posted this in Astoria a while back and a lot of you asked what it is. Here you go! I get so many compliments every time I wear this.
-
Mario Badescu Drying Lotion
Dries up stubborn pimples overnight! Gently push a Q-tip down through the alcohol and into the pink stuff. Pull it back out and dab it onto the pimple. Go to sleep. Wake up much improved! Might take a couple of days on stubborn ones.

Lucas Papaw Ointment
I used to have my Australian friends bring this from Australia, but now you can get on Amazon! it’s the best! From Australian Papaw plants. Very soothing. Can be used on dry lips or just to add shine over lipstick or for burns, cuts or dry skin. It’s a magic cure. Seriously!
